It is not grind. It is procastination.
And on top of that, PvP players have the create and delete option to get even much more coins than those that make PvE, specially since PvP quests can be done waaay much faster. You can get in 20 minutes the same amount of coins with the same character that would take 40min..4hours to get in PvE with multiple characters.
For items that can be acquired with gold that's perfectly fine, since ZCoins are just an alternate option for PvP players that way, but for items that are not 'flashy' and have actual useful purpose like the bags and NO PvE alternative, that's quite aggravating.

for example if you want BDS you farm money and buy it or make SoO alot of times
here same situation you can just farm in pve and buy it or if you want farm it by urself just go and make some pvp quests

As someone else stated if you really really need the bag, farm the money and buy one, or complete all the quests on multiple characters.
If like me, you've managed for years without that 20 slot extra and can get by with a 5 slot, then do the quests that appeal to you and save up the coins.
I do some of them with guildies and friends for the fun, doing something we wouldn't have thought of otherwise, and I've bought two 10 slots, which is fine. All I would like is a 15 slot for my main, and I will save up for that...
Get over yourself, be pleased for the new quests, rewards and content!

Except ... BDS is vanity. Noonne really complains about its price. In fact, its its rarity and price that makes it popular and loved. That item being vanity, you can get exactly same base stats by taking 15 minutes to farm drops and little detour to see your favorite collector and all you would lack is just vanity feeling.
You should farm your ass off for vanity, no doubt, because there is option if not farming your ass off and getting basically same thing with different pixels.
But equipment bags are quite far from just vanity.

On top of that, even if I want to buy a bag from other players, they are slow to get for those players too, and most people will keep them or sell them for as much cash that it may actually take more time to get that cash by farming than by doing ZQuests.
It's an item meant to be used, not to be shown, so it should have a price for 'usefulness' not for vanity.

am i alone in saying what would you possibly need all this extra space for? anet gave the options for new storage tabs (i didnt get any, i still have 2 of the originals completely empty and 2 half full) on each of my characters i hold their different head pieces, 40/40 sets, enchant staffs, defensive onhands and full shield sets, and still have space left (i use my pve chars for pvp and pve).
by needing more space, you are admitting to anet that you keep too much garbage (merch is and move on) or that you are able to acquire too much stuff too quickly (op'd pve only skills) get rid of cry of pain, shadow form, and roj and there wont be this 'too much stuff, not enough space' debate.

This may seem selfish or more like it is selfish, but the high cost of these bags seem to be keeping a lot more people in the Z quests. Especially missions, I can now finally get a group in Hard Mode at some missions! Do not take this away from me!

HoM requires at least 5 armour sets per character, which takes up most of my space apart from my weapons collection. So yes, we need more space now than we did before eotn came out. Sure, can salvage some of the armour sets, but some are just too pretty. Although I guess the account wide change has reduced the need for extra armours I suppose.
Either way, going to buy the bags. Though I do agree that they are pretty expensive (can get heavies around 150 ecto or so) for something that no one else will ever know you have (unlike armour or weapons).

i like the idea of zaishen quests.. for the players who still doesn't have the vanquisher/guardian titles, this is like hitting two birds with one stone, you get the titles and you get the equipment packs.
but i had to admit, obtaining 7,500 copper coins for a heavy pack is simply unreasonable.

I got all storage upgrades, and they go quickly filled with new miniatures, consumables and books that were cluterring inventories. I still have no room to put all the armors I want to craft. I can't craft them because I'd have to discard some after crafting them.
When I craft an armor, is to use it, and I can't use it if I sell it or salvage it.
I keep no weapons, since I equip them all in heroes and sell the rest, and no dyes, armor upgrades or extra materials excepting those that cost more than 1k, since I can get them already in traders to save space.
If I had a equipment bag in each character, I could definitely get most of the armors I want in each character without having to delete the old ones.
